Deposits
Your deposit of 25% of the stay secures the reservation. The deposit is 50% refundable if the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more before the reserved date, and non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the reserved arrival date.
Cancellations
No-show reservations and arrival-day cancellations are charged the full value of the reservation, since we have a small inventory of rooms and high demand for advance bookings.
Special Charges
A pet fee of $20 for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet applies on a per night basis. 5% tax will apply to this fee, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A penalty of $300 will be charged for any indoor smoking.
All pricing is in Canadian dollars and is subject to an additional 5% Goods and Services Tax required by federal law that will be applied at check-out.
Guests are responsible for any room damage and will be charged in the event of damage.
